Strengthening tobacco control at the local level in Ghana to improve health and reduce poverty.
To establish Community Health Support Team (CHEST) at the grass-root levels to carry out educational
and informational programmes and to mobilise committed community members and stakeholders to implement
and monitor the enforcement of tobacco control directives and law in achieving health improvement and
reducing poverty at community levels at regional levels.
